Ah - I think I am clearer now. It is possible for web designers to prevent
save target as an option in the context menu. Similar measures can be used
to prevent people copying images from web pages also. In other words they
may want to force you to stream the mp3. they may want to do this if there
is advertising playing on the screen whilst you are listening to the music.

You can of course then use other methods to record the stream as an mp3 file
as it is played through your sound card but I will not go into this yet as
it is not absolutely clear that this is your problem.

The link works on the web site just fine, but I wanted to save it's contents

as it's an mp3 and I had performed that in the past by saving it through the

target method, but this time it didn't work.
The web site seems to have gone to bed for the night as it's not loading,

have to loose, right?
