Unfortunately you need sighted help with Norton ghost.
Basically you put the Norton ghost CD in your CD drive and when you hear a
beeping sound a special Norton Ghost operating system boots up instead of
your normal windows start-up. From the Norton ghost CD you can restore a
drive image. You select the image and leave it all for about 40 minutes and
when you come back you will hopefully have the identical version of windows
you had on the day you backed up the image. I have to use my daughter for
this task as there is no speech and obviously there is no Jaws available..
