Hi Rosemarie, Give this a try: In internet explorer, go to tools, and then manage add-ons. Find the google toolbar in the list, and disable it, then try removing it from add/remove programs. It's been a long time since I've had to uninstall it, so I don't remember if I had any particular problems. Sometimes when you can't remove an item from add/remove programs, it is because it is running, and must be shut down first. Hi, Jim, I just tried and I'm having the same problem. The stupid tool bar won't go away. I even hit the left mouse button on the keyboard and nothing worked. Am I stuck with it?
