Problem with phone numbers is live here in South Africa, so times aren't
perfect, and have in the past had at least one person ask me to stop putting
on a funny voice they couldn't understand due to my accent...

I have a specific problem trying to buy certain products over the 'net
since my current credit card was linked to an account through paypal, but

no longer have any access to the email address linked thereto, and
therefore can't find out what my password was/is, but since the credit
card
number has stayed the same, and will do so until 2012, it means they will
not allow me to make use of the card through them unless I log in, which

can't do.
Also, they never answer any emails/questions asked of them, so just
wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to work around something as
irritating as this, or else where are their physical offices, so I can
maybe get someone to go see if there are any 'real' people there...?
(just joking on that one - sort of - since I do know they are sort of
assuming any of my emails are a form of scam/bogus)
