Hello,
press alt+c for the contacts menu using Skype 4.1, or alt+t for tools using
3.8. Then when prompted insert the contacts id, full name or email address
of the person you whish to add, then press tab to go to the Find button and
space. In the search results, choose the contact you meant to find, press
tab to the add contact button and space. Here you will find an edit box
where you can inttroduce yourself (but you're not forced to do that). Then
press tab to the Ok button or Send button depending on Skype version.
