Well I wouldn't say it improves anything; it just enhances what you can do
on Windows Live Messenger, like send/receive sounds. You can get a copy from
www.msgpluslive.net. Hope this helps.

And what does it do, what is the improvement? And where do I get it?

It's an add-on to Windows Live Messenger.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Help with Messenger Plus!

Hello all, please can you help?
I have messenger Plus 4.83 with Windows ive Messenger 2009 installed on my
Windows 7 64 bit laptop. Whenever I send a custom emotion sound to a contact
who is also running Messenger Plus, we don't get the sound, but we get the
following instead:

[Messenger Plus! Sound - data {...}

Where ... is a hexadecimal number.
Any ideas on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. Take care.
