Hello all. Has anyone gotten the hs 1200 wireless gaming headset to work? I had sighted assistance and they did what the book said to pair the headset and it doesn't seem to work. I have had no luck in figuring out to get help from creative labs and don't know where to look for this in knowledge base. The headset won't work one foot away from the unit. They sound awesome and I would love to be able to use them wirelessly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
