I downloaded and installed the software from:
http://www.weathersig.com
Then a person needs to set it up by locating ones local weather station, if
you want metric measurements or not, and more. The easiest way to do this is
to write click on the weather icon in the system tray. There is an entire
menu that appears. Next I edited the cookies.txt file to remove all the
offensive jokes. After that it works great. Personally, I would love to see
more people using the program. It would be fun to see the weather around the
world.
