Slightly older versions of screamer radio seemed better with jaws etc. using
the menu systems.
In the latest version while it'll only tell me a letter if I then read the
line using jaws key + numpad up arrow it reads the whole menu item to me -
bit irritating, and I might go back to an older version sometime, but sort
of usable for now.
