Hi,
If you have not added any new stuff to your hard drive, you can try a
program called Recuva. I would download and install it on a different drive
than the one you had the folder on. There's the chance you could cover the
area on the hard drive that your folder was on if you install it there, and
then you would not be able to recover it. If you don't have another drive to
do this, you may just have to take the chance you won't cover that area.
Anyway, Recuva can recover files and folders you have permanently deleted.
