The only problem with bookshare is that if you're not in the U.S., too bad,

Have you checked out Bookshare.org. They have been working with many
college and university book consortiums. They now have a student membership
option.

Actually, it is a good idea to look at RFB but they do not have this
book. I am a member of RFB. I would highly recommend them.
