Also, Do you do your maintenance? Do a defrag and disk cleanup and if you have a register cleaner that is a good idea to run that as well. I am sure that someone who is better at explaining these processes can do so.
I can do them, but to tell someone how, I am not good at that.

No it means that you probably need to go delete stuff off your hard disk (C
drive) that you really don't need.
