[Blind-Computing] How do I deal with "Open Parent Document" button

Hi all. I am attempting to use Internet Explorer version 8 and after going to 
my desktop and hitting "enter" on Internet Explorer, Jaws just says "Open 
Parent Document Button".
Okay! now what do I do? Hitting enter doesn't work nor does pressing the 
space-bar. Please help.
