Hi
I am running vista home addition and jaws 11. I decided to try the 40 hour
trial of open book and see how it works with my scanner. At first it gave me an
error message that it could not install a file. So, I turned off the UAK and
ran a repair. then it installed. Now when I go to open the open book program it
acts like it is going to open but it does not. Now what should I do?
