Hi All,
I am running XPSP3 Home & Outlook Express. When I go to Tools/Accounts/Properties/Advanced page there is a setting " Server port numbers server time outs left right slider 11% ". Would someone please explain to me what this setting does/means and what happens if you increase or decrease the percentage of the server timeout settings percentage?
