If you just wait a while does it come back to life?

For example, in some slightly older versions of jaws I could open full text file eBooks in internet explorer and read them there using it's bookmark functionality, but from around jaws 10 onwards, it almost seems to hang up a bit while populating it's virtual buffer, but once or twice, if I just wait long enough it'll come back to life.

Also think it might be carrying out something mildly similar in a large PDF document.

OTOH, know very little about lotus notes FWIW.

Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] jaws stop speaking

Hi,
When I run some application sometimes it's Acrobat Reader, sometimes Lotus,
Jaws will stop speak, braille cursor will stop moving, but in the Task
Manager I see jf.exe as a process, which I must kill and run Jaws again.
Any ideas?
Working in XP Pro.
With best regards,
  Marek Durila
