They did not use to but my version of Zoomtext is about 3 years old now.
The cheapest way I knew to get neospeech Kate and Paul was in a Text Aloud
bundle I saw for £19.95 last year.   I made NVDA users I was training aware
of this bundle.

This was from the European  distributors of Text aloud web site. When I
checked again recently  though they appeared to have reverted to selling
only Natural Voices as a bundle with TextAloud.  You could check with them .
