I've installed this program twice on my netbook.  With the first installation I 
would receive an error message when the scan was nearly complete.  The program 
was forced to close.

I did a complete uninstall, including removing all the extra folders from 
application data and so on.  With the second install, The program gives me the 
same error message as before; only now it happens when I open the program.

Is there anything I can do to correct this?
