I'm also running jaws 11.0.756, windows XP, etc. and don't have those issues.

What version of internet explorer are you running? I stick with 7 generally, but did have 8 on here before without any real issues.

Can only really suggest trying to maybe run a jaws reinstall/repair and see if that helps in case some of your jaws scripts etc. got corrupted or something.

using jfw 11.(latest iteration) and win xp sp3.
Firstly: in O.E., when I click on an email message to read it,
I'm placed at the bottom, I have to key "home" to get to the top.  This
didn't happen before.
Another more serious problem,
When I.E brings up a page, I can only read one line and nothing else.
Hitting arrow keys merely repeats the line, it doesn't seem to matter
whether I'm using the pc or jaws cursor.
Can someone help me?
