It will ask you to press Alt + R twice in a prerecorded voice to respond to the Windows security dialogs. Once the computer is rebooted, the temp area should be cleared and there will be no remainder of the software on that computer. Additionally, it is possible to use this screen reader without even creating an account. Just keep Tabbing past the login button.
