[Blind-Computing] deleting a hidden partition

I need to know if such a task is possible and assuming it is how it may be 
done. This system has a hidden partition that will boot the system if a 
secondary power button is pressed for recovery purposes. I am considering 
removing this and making it a duo boot kind of a deal. I have partition magic 8 
if that helps anybody diagnose this problem.
