Right click using context menu key, scroll down to open with... and you
should be able to use the right arrow key to open the submenu, then use the
up arrow key to get to choose program... and hit enter on it.
In the dialogue that comes up, you should be in a list of programs, and if
you find the one you want to make default, tab over to checkbox that says
something like always use the selected program and make sure it's checked,
then tab over to and hit space bar on the ok button.
This works in windows XP at least FWIW.

I want Winamp or Windows Media Player in place of Real Player.
