Hi All, I may have solved my problem of the Office clipboard in Word 2007 popping up when I did a Control-F4 to close a document or Alt-F4 to exit Word.
It seems that I needed to close the Office Task Pane and I haven't seen the Office clipboard since doing so. The instructions I had to do so were to press F6 until focus is placed on the Word 2007 Office Task Pane. Then to press control-space and hit enter on the close option. Margaret Previously, I wrote: Hi All, I've only been using Word 2007 about a week and a half and think I've already done something to mess up the Office Clipboard. I thought that when I first installed Word 2007 the Office Clipboard just remained quietly behind the scenes and didn't go periodically popping up. For several days now, I get an Office Clipboard dialogue when I close documents with control F4 or do an alt-F4 to exit word and there's a clear all button and Paste All Clear All Click an item to paste: on the screen with the virtual cursor. I thought I remembered something about the Office Clipboard being able to be docked in Word 2000. Is there something I can set in Word 2007 so I'll only hear from the Office Clipboard when the 24 items it can contain are exceeded and I would get something similar to the Word 2000 question that the first item was about to be removed, do you want to continue? I'm running JAWS 10.0.1139 on XP Home with SP 3 and MS Office Home and Student 2007. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
