Hi Maria; If you go into Jaws options, press "H" for help, and, up arrow to the start-up wizard and press enter or press the letter "Z" to open the start-up wizard, tab through these settings and one of your last choices in these dialog boxes are choices for Braille options. I don't know if these will help you or not since I don't use Braille display, but on the other hand they might. Take care. Mike

I don't even know if this issue is JAWS-related or something to do with the Braille display that needs to be changed. Now whenever I type a punctuation, such as a slash or a number sign, dots 4-5-6 appear before such signs on the Braille display. In fact the number sign isn't even right to my thinking, as it now looks like dots 4-5-6 and then the th sign, rather than the number sign. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? This wasn't happening before. Sunny Day Maria Campbell [email protected] WHEN THE POWER OF LOVE IS STRONGER THAN THE LOVE OF POWER, THE WORLD WILL KNOW PEACE --JIMI HENDRIX.
