Nope, you don't want to download/run that file. It's the php server side script file that the web server is meant to process and then generate normal web content for you to view with, but it seems to me that they've possibly done something related to the fact that a web server can sort of see what client/web browser is trying to access it, and there's currently a problem with accessing it from a normal PC using internet explorer since it does still seem to work fine with my actual mobile phone's browser, so let's see since don't think there's too much we can do about it for now, except I should be reloading this machine a bit later today, so it'll start out with internet explorer 6 on it, so will try that and see if it makes a difference. The actual PHP file most likely won't do anything on your computer if you do download it since it would need a web server to actually process it's contents, and it's literally generally a text file with a different extension, unless it's another file type that's just been renamed, but either way, there's not much point trying to do too much with as such.
