Linda:
I sit corrected with the last step in my previous message. Please read the
message and look at the last step for my correction.
for You could arrange all of your emails by conversation, which I believe is
the same thing. In order to do this perform the following.
Focus in the folder in question of which you'd like to arrange by
subject. Press Alt V to go into your view menu. Right arrow in the arrange
by submenu and down arrow until you hear conversation and press enter.
Now go back into the view menu with alt v, arrow down until you hear
expand/collapse groups and right arrow into that sub menu. Arrow up or down
until you hear collapse all groups and press enter. Back into the view menu
and back to the expand/collapse groups sub menue, arrow until you hear
always show unread and flag messages and if it is checked press enter on it
and you are done. I hope this helps. I'm using 07 and not 03 so I hope this
will work.
