Got the same thing now - could just be a network/hosting issue, but could also be something else, but give a bit of time etc. since might just come back up at some time.

If I ping the hostname www.webvisum.com I do get a network timeout FWIW.

Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Webvisum Problem?

I just launched Firefox 3.6, and got the following message: "Alert webvisum: server connection error". So I tried to access webvisum.com directly using IE 8 and got the old "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page error message". Apparently, there is some serious problem with Webvisum, because it is now totally inaccessible. I wonder if Webvisum was forced to shut down without notice for some reason. Is it possible that they ran into some legal issue over their proprietary captia solving software? Anybody have any idea what might be going on with Webvisum?

Gerald
