Does this only happen when you are in Word? Does unloading JAWS and reloading it make a difference? /jp

I can't read current line, character by character, but I can still do things like spell check and navigate to ribbons in word, etc. Again, I cannot access the list of managers. I was thinking of looking at the keyboard manager but can't even do insert f2 and nothing works.
