This morning I found a cool, easy trick from lifehacker.com!  It is a
special view of the Control Panel, they called God-Mode. All you have to do
is create a folder on your Desktop with the name
God-Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

It opens a view of the Control Panel not available any other way.  It is a
collapseable tree view with several distinct options for each Control Panel item. For instance, there is now a Notification Area item containing 7 sub
items, like "Show or Hide Battery Icon on the Taskbar" and "Show or hide
Notification Area on the Taskbar". Many items perform the task without any
further interaction.  I have not explored all of the previously unknown
