Sorry, I did not mention this before, but I think the article did. I
believe, this trick may only work on Windows 7!

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Great Control Panel Trick
This morning I found a cool, easy trick from lifehacker.com! It is a
special view of the Control Panel, they called God-Mode. All you have to
do
is create a folder on your Desktop with the name
God-Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
It opens a view of the Control Panel not available any other way. It is a
collapseable tree view with several distinct options for each Control
Panel
item. For instance, there is now a Notification Area item containing 7
sub
items, like "Show or Hide Battery Icon on the Taskbar" and "Show or hide
Notification Area on the Taskbar". Many items perform the task without
any
further interaction. I have not explored all of the previously unknown
options yet, but it looks promising! For the rest of this story, check
