Thanks Melissa! That was one of those questions in the back of my head and I could've googled it but didn't. The person who sent the email at 3 in the morning lives in Washington state such as I, so I don't think the time zone is an issue, at least with this case.

To answer yours though, yes, that persona really sent that message at 3:30 in the morning. Keep in mind however, that different time zones can affect what time it is. I believe it is your time, not the senders that is being refferred to. I could be wrong about that last part, but I think that's how it goes.
