Normally, when you go to a page that wants to implement an instance of it,
if in something like internet explorer, you'll hear the notification tone,
and if you then hit the alt + N keystroke, it'll focus on that area, hit
space bar to activate it's context menu, and choose download/install, and
follow prompts.
