The standard windows keystroke is alt + down arrow - as in not specific to
either jaws or NVDA.
To then close it, it's alt + up arrow.

I just installed internet explorer 7 and am using NVDA because my old
version of Jaws won't work with IE 7. I know how to open a combo box using
Jaws but how is it done with NVDA?
