[Blind-Computing] How Do I order my Accounts In Outlook Express?

Hello;
I have four email addresses.   Two different gmail accounts, a hotmail account 
and the account I got from my ISP.
Before the gmail account downloaded messages, but now the TSTT account 
downloads messages first. How do I set the order in which different email 
accounts download messages.
Hope I am clear.
Remember, seven days WITHOUT GOD... Makes one weak!!!
