[Blind-Computing] Windows Fier Wall

Hi all,
sometimes when I first start my computer I get a message that says my computer 
may be at risk no fire wall is turned on but when I go and check the windows 
fier wall it is always turned on, does anyone know why this message pops up ?
I am using windows XP
