I know it's expensive, but isn't the Ipod Shuffle accessible? I thought I read once that it used the voice activation Genius software, but I'm not sure where I read it. Companies are making Ipods and cell phones more accessible simply so that sighted people can use them without looking while driving. It benefits us who are totally blind, too, so everyone wins. Anyway, try looking up the Ipod shuffle to see if it is accessible with voice command. If I recall, it costs about $150.

Sorry guys,
I was lost. You know what immediately gets into one's head: I personally use an inaccessible player which I just make some guesswork operation. Sorry once again for making a wrong assumption, hope this did not annoy anybody. ----- Original Message ----- From: "sister Heather Albright" <[email protected]>

Hello, are we talking about players that one carries around while out and about? Or we talking about computer based players such as win amp, media player or real alternative? I was just wondering because the subject said, " Accessible MP3 players." I hope to use rockbox on my mp3 player as my friends tell me it works great. I think the folks that made it possible deserve medals. Heather
