Generally it means you needed to have installed up to date video
card/adapter hardware drivers before installing jaws.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Video Intercept Error
Fellow Listers:
Our Network Administrator here at work has been trying to set me up a
new computer. It is a Dell Optiplex 755. When he tried to install the Jaws
Version 10 from the CD he got a "video intercept" error. When the issue
was taken up with Freedom Scientific we got little to no response. I was
wondering if any one out there has encountered a problem like this.
