hello to change jaws rate globally do the following;
1, from desktop, press the letter J=version of jaws, press enter.
2, Press enter on options, or, you could right arrow to open the options
sub-menu.
3, you need to enter on, voices sub-menu, or, you could press right arrow
to open the sub-menu. now you need to choose, global adjustment.... press
enter.
now you can tab and make various changes globally.
when your finished making changes, to rate,
just tab and enter on, okay button.
