[Blind-Computing] computer sounds

How and where do I download free sounds for my computer?  I have some basic wav 
file sounds.  How do I add to them?  I am suing Jaws 11.  I have never 
downloaded sounds.  I have Windows Media 11.  I am using vista.  Hope this is
