Otherwise I also have RadioSure besides that and it works fine; there are 
buttons you can tab through, not typical menus; dunno how with JAWS but with 
NVDA it works fine and is pretty accessible. But hopefully Screamer will 
work fine for you; I still use that most of the time :)
