[Blind-Computing] Is there a way to get a sound when I get gmail?

Hi everyone.  My work uses a partner to gmail for email now, and I would
really like to hear a sound for incoming messages.  Is there a way to do
this?  Keep it simple please--your dealing with a stupid when it comes to
technology.
