The first thing you will need to do if indeed notepad would happen to become
your editor of choice is learn to write HTML code. I'm a former COBOL
programmer so that kind of thing doesn't bother me at all. It only took a
few days with some manuals to learn pretty much everything to serve my small
needs.

right? I am being spoiled by word press and have things ready for me and
just build upon it.
