Carlos, Not sure on the NLS player but if I remember correctly, with my Victor Stream I needed to visit their site and register the unit with them as my preferred device for listening and then I got some type of a key I needed to install on the SD card in the stream. Been a while so above may not be exact but may head you in the right direction.
