I once used this editor, unfortunately it is no longer actively supported by
its developer. I mean the one version which is accessible: from version 5.0,
the developper switched to using Java so that his program may be run on more
than one platform. This incidentally meant that we can no longer use his
program comfortably even with Access Bridge.
Notwithstanding all this, I think Arachnophilia is good out of the box: I
mean version 4.0--the last version developed exclusively for Windows. It has
got a user-friendly interface and beginner step-by-step tutorials on
developing web pages.
If you don't mind, you can get v4.0 from

and it was last developed in 2001!
