Thanks, Lissy, I just thought of that as I was reading on the Firefox page,
but I always can use a reminder!

It happens with me. Just refresh the page and it should be alright.
Otherwise, check if you have downloaded the latest version of firefox from
http://www.webvisum.com.
Hope this helps

Hi there. Thanks for replying. Have had Webvisum installed for quite
awhile and have been using it up till now. Now, everytime I get on
Firefox browser, I get this message from Webvisum that says "Webvisum
Server Error" and the capta thing obviously doesn't work, since Webvisum
isn't working. Don't know what to do about this. I tried going to the
Webvisum site and I get
"Internet Explorer cannot display the web page."
Thanks,
Nance

Hi Nance,
Webvisum seems to be working all right this side. Did you already
install the Webvisum plugin or it is your first time to log into the
system?
I ask so because Webvisum will automatically log you in each time you
connect to the internet by default unless you changed the preferences.
This means that you need not go to their site: simply press the
capturing hotkey on the page in question (and the hot key is CTRL+6).
The capture will be submitted to Webvisum for processing and the result
placed on your clipboard ready for pasting into the troublesome box.
However, you can do the same thing with the Salona service if you are
using any other browser which is not Firefox. To use Salona, you need an
account and a client like Quitter to submit those visual captures.
Cheers.

If this has already been covered, I appologize. I cannot get on
Webvisum site nor can I use it with Firefox. I must have it in order to
log in to a site where they will not let you log in until you enter the
"security code" in the box!
Thanks,
