Hey group. I found those settings I needed. They're in the Arrange By section under View. You have to choose Custom view to locate them. That too is where you can choose to have your messages arranged by either ascending or descending order. But there's a list of possible locations to find the fields displayed. One of them is "all e-mail fields" and now I have the date, time and everything set.
