The problem of it is that you should do this for each folder. I haven't found a way to apply a folder view for all the folders. Go to view menu. Enter in the arrange by submenu and choose custom. A dialogue will open. You will hear something like "Fields... Header Status, Attachment, From, Received, Subject, Size, button". Press space. Another dialogue will open in wich you can add, remove and arrange the fields in your view. When you finish doing this, just press ok button in each dialogue and you're done. If someone knows how to apply a custom view to all folders in MS Outlook, please tell us.
