Hello Chris: For what it's worth, I personaly, find the "Outlook Web Access Light" version of Outlook 2007 to be much easier to navigate as it is rendered as web pages. Not all, but enough, of Outlook's features are available. When I need some thing that is not in the web access version then I reluctantly go into the regular Outlook 2007.

It's good to get the BCC field back in 2003. And yeah, in Outlook 2007, those ribbons have been so confusing, but I think I'm beginning to understand them a little better. It sure takes getting used to. Just navigating gets confusing, and where things are at? Wow, nothing like the 2008 pull down menus.
