Hi Hamid,

Unfortunately when I connect to the other computer and press the scroll lock, I
still cannot read their screen.
Jaws doesn't see it even though it is there. As confirmed by a sighted
colleague.
Is this solution supposed to allow jaws on my side to read their screen?
And also do they need jaws on their computer?
Thanks

Once you get connected to the distant computer, you have to press the
scroll Lock so that the keyStrokes you press on your keyboard will be
carried out to the other computer. Then, most of your keystrokes will be
functioning on the other machine not yours untill you press the scroll
lock again.

I mean by jaws specific keystrokes, the hotkeys that imply the jaws key
whether it's insert or something else, thus, you need to ask your client
who is sitting behind the distant computer sometimes to perform a
keystroke for you on his/her keyboard. For example, if you get lost, you
should ask him/her to press insert + t on the distant keyboard to hear
the window title. Other than that, nealy all windows keystrokes will
function properly on the distant machine. You can open the control
pannel and make whatever modifications you want. you can
install/Uninstall software, you can even write in the distant machine's
word processor and even apply all the editing commands such as copy and
paste... but you will not be able to hear jaws echoing your typing on
the distant machine's word processor.

It a bit challenging to learn how to manipulate it at the beginning, but
once you get used to it, you'll find it so easy to use. I've started
using it around one month ago and have solved many problems with it on
distant computers.

Hope my english didn't make you more confused
