I have three signatures defined in Windows Live Mail on Windows 7. I can
see how to set a different signature to different mail accounts in the
Advanced dialog of the Signature Options. I used to use this feature.
However, this is not how I want to use multiple signatures now. I also
monitor three email addresses with this client. However, the signatures I
have defined are Name (default), Vinux, and wslist (Williams Syndrome). I
have the other two signatures defined for particular mailing lists, not by
account. In Windows Mail, I was able to highlight the default signature and
select a different signature from the menus, Insert > Signature > WSList.
For some reason, the Signature item in my Insert menu does not have a
sub-menu! It sounds like for others, this is a sub-menu if more than one
signature is defined. I like the features and layout of Live Mail in
general, but the quirks are driving me crazy!

It all depends on what third party client you use. I know with windows
live
mail, and outlook 2007 you are able to create multiple signatures, and
even
set what account you want them to be sent on. If you need any more help,
you can email me at

Good luck!
