Hi, I am having a problem in outlook 2003. It keeps saying unselected and if I route jaws to pc to see how many messages I have, it just says blank. If I route jaws to pc it just says blank. I went through the menus and it said autopreview checked. I don't know how all my settings got changed but is there a list of recommended settings anywhere for outlook 2003 and windows xp home edition?
